脱落酸与早熟禾的耐寒性

Abstract: Better performances of 8 species/variety were selected out from 26 different bluegrass on the base of field experiment.ABA changes of bluegrass leaves were shudied with HPLC under the cold weather stress.The results indicated that: (a) the order of bluegrass cold resistance is as follows:Poa grandispica,P.pratensis L.(Huazangsi,Tianzhu),P.pratensis var.Anceps,P.pratensis L.(Jingqianghe,Tianzhu),P.pratensis L.(Storpy),P.sphondylodes,P.crymophila,P.pratensis L.(Wabash), (b) and the method of extracted ABA are reasonable.

摘要: 以26种(品种)早熟禾为材料,在田间试验的基础上,筛选出各方面表现良好的8个种(品种),在室外低温协迫下用高效液相色谱法测试其叶片脱落酸含量的变化,分析其耐塞性的强弱。结果表明:1早熟禾耐寒性的强弱依次为:大穗早熟禾、草地早熟禾(天祝华藏寺)、扁杆早熟禾、草地早熟禾(天祝金强河)、思托佩草地早熟禾、硬质早熟禾、冷地早熟禾、瓦巴斯草地早熟禾。2ABA的提取方法可行。
