多年生黑麦草种子愈伤组织诱导和植株再生

Abstract: The study is focused on the initiation and regeneration of Lolium perenne embroygenic callus. The results show that MS medium is the choice basic medium for initiation and subculture of the callus amongst all the media tested. 5 mg/L 2,4-D is the preferable concentration for plants hormone in induction culture and subculture of the callus. Phytagel is a better coagulant than the home-made agar. 50~75 mg/L selective scope of screening agent G418 is feasible.

摘要: 研究并建立了多年生黑麦草胚性愈伤组织诱导及其再生体系.结果表明:不同品种的愈伤组织诱导率不同,最适培养基是MS,愈伤组织诱导的最适2,4-D浓度是5mg/L;继代培养时间对愈伤组织的分化率有很大影响;植物凝胶与国产琼脂相比固化效果更好;筛选剂G418对抗性愈伤的浓度在50mg/L和7mg/L时的筛选效果分别达10.31%和6.%.
