摘要: 新鲜青贮原料在青贮容器中压实密封后,由好氧性微生物作用,使乳酸发酵时期发酵底物水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)不足,无法产生足够乳酸,pH值降到4.2以下,引起丁酸发酵[1,2]。因此,早期发酵是青贮成功的关键。
