Effect of Salicylic Acid on Preservation of Harvested Stolons of Hybrid Bermudagrass

水杨酸对杂交狗牙根离体匍匐茎采后保鲜效果研究

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of salicylic acid(SA) on the preservation of harvested stolons of hybrid bermudagrass(Cynodon dactylon×C.transvadlensis),the growth and physiological response of harvested stolons to different SA concentration treatments at different storage time were studied under high temperature(day 35℃/night 27℃) conditions.Based on the highest survival rate and the lowest relative conductivity after storage under high temperature for a week,1.0 mmol·L-1 was the optimum SA concentration for stolon preservation.The stolons in control reached to half lethal state on the 5th day during storage,while those treated with 1.0 mmol·L-1 SA on the 8th day and the survival potential was 51.7%.To some extent,SA treatments delayed the aging of stolons by reducing the water loss,decreasing the respiration rate,inhibiting the chlorophyll degradation,and relieving the cell membrane damage during the early period of storage.

摘要: 以杂交狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon×C. transvadlensis)离体匍匐茎为试验材料,研究不同的杨酸(SA)浓度和高温3℃(日)/27℃(夜)下不同贮藏时间对其生长生理的影响,为其离体保鲜提供一定的理论依据.结果表明,最适合杂交狗牙根匍匐茎贮藏的SA浓度是1.0 mmol·L-1),具有最高的匍匐茎存活势和最低的相对电导率.对照在第 d达到半致死状态,而SA(1.0 mmol·L-1)处理贮藏第8 d达到半致死状态,存活势为1.7%;贮藏前期,SA一定程度抑制了匍匐茎含水量下降,降低了匍匐茎呼吸速率,抑制了叶绿素的降解,减轻了对细胞膜系统的损伤,延缓了离体匍匐茎的衰老.
