青贮饲料有氧稳定性测定装置的设计与验证

Abstract:

New measurement equipment was designed and manufactured in this research to solve the problem in the analysis of silage aerobic stability such as the fermentation container with non-uniform texture and performance. Then its performance was tested. A control group and a treatment group were respectively installed. The control group used the traditional fermentation container and the treatment group used the new equipment. Each group used two kinds of material, 600 kg m-3 whole-plant corn and 500 kg m-3 green corn straw, which was dealt with fill compaction after fresh harvest. The results showed the new equipment had the following advantages. First, it had better heat preservation function. As the core temperature of new equipment was higher than that of traditional container. Second, it had great breathability, which is important to keep aerobic fermentation realistic. Third, it is easy to be handled with low cost, which make it is worth to be popularized.

摘要:

为解决温度检测法测定青贮饲料有氧稳定性时存在发酵容器材质、性能不统一等问题,本研究设计并制造了一款青贮饲料有氧稳定性测定装置。并以新鲜刈割后进行填压处理后密度为600 kg·m-3 的全株玉米(Whole-plant corn)和密度为500 kg·m-3的玉米青秸秆(Green-corn straw)为原料,设计常规塑料容器的对照组和本研究设计制造测定装置的两个试验组,用以验证该装置的可靠性。结果表明,本研究制造的测定装置较传统容器有以下优点:不受外界温度影响,容器内部中心温度较传统容器高,具有良好的保温隔热性能;透气性良好,保证容器内部符合有氧发酵条件;操作简便,成本低廉,具有推广价值。
