Effects of the Different Measures of Sandification Combatting on the Diversity and Physicochemical Properties of Soil Bacterial Communities

不同治沙措施对土壤细菌群落多样性及理化性质的影响

Abstract: To investigate the effects of the composite measures of sandification combatting on soil bacterial diversity and physicochemical properties,the Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the structure and diversity of soil bacterial communities in three areas implemented with the measures of sandification combatting:the nylon mesh sand barrier + Haloxylon ammodendron plantation (Nlw+H),the clay sand barrier + Haloxylon ammodendron plantation (Nt+H),and the woven bag sand barrier + Haloxylon ammodendron plantation (Bzd+H). The results showed that:there were 25 bacterial families in the soils of the study area,and the relative abundance of Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria and Cyanobacteria were accounting for more than 69.42% of the total bacterial flora,which belonged to the dominant soil flora in the study area;while Chloroflexi,Bacteroidetes,Acidobacteria and Gemmatimonadetes were the main bacteria in the sandy soil. The composition and structure of the sandy soil bacterial community in the three areas with the three respective measures of sandification combatting were similar,but the bacterial diversity index was significantly different. Soil diversity of the Chao1 index and Shannon index under the three measures were significantly higher than that under the measure of Ld+H (P<0.05). Nutrient contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and rapidly available potassium were significantly increased in the areas with the three measures. Soil pH,organic matter and rapidly available potassium were significantly correlated with the enhancement of soil bacterial community diversity,which were the main factors affected by the soil bacterial community structure and diversity. In conclusion,the measures of sandification combatting helped to increase soil bacterial diversity and improve desert soil microenvironment.

摘要: 为探究复合型治沙措施对土壤细菌多样性及理化性质的影响,采用Illumina高通量测序技术,分析尼龙网格沙障+人工梭梭(Nlw+H)、粘土沙障+人工梭梭(Nt+H)和编织袋沙障+人工梭梭(Bzd+H)措施区土壤细菌群落结构及多样性。结果表明:研究区土壤共有25门细菌,放线菌、变形菌和蓝藻菌相对丰度占细菌群的69.42%以上,属于土壤优势菌群;绿弯菌、拟杆菌、酸杆菌和芽单胞菌属于土壤中的主要细菌。3种措施区土壤细菌群落组成及结构相似,但细菌多样性指数差异显著。3种措施下土壤多样性Chao1指数和Shannon指数均显著高于Ld+H(P<0.05)。土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效钾等养分含量在3种措施区显著提高。土壤pH值、有机质和速效钾与土壤细菌群落之间存在显著相关关系,是影响土壤细菌群落结构及多样性的主要因子。综上所述,治沙措施有助于提高土壤细菌多样性及改善荒漠土壤微环境。
