草种子活力的生物学调控与提高技术研究进展

Abstract: Forage seeds are important basic materials for maintaining the stability of grassland system,improving the ecological environment of degraded grassland,and building water and soil conservation projects and urban green space projects. Besides,forage seeds are the key material basis for building artificial grassland,ensuring the quality of forage production and improving the productivity of grassland animal husbandry. The research on seed vigor has always been the focus and hotspot in the field of seed science at home and abroad,however,it is not deep enough developed about the forage seeds. Based on research in the past 30 years,this paper reviewed the biological basis and improvement technologies of seed vigor in forage species. It were summarized up that the development status of genetic and environmental factors to regulate seed vigor,physiological and biochemical responses to the decline of seed vigor,and seed vigor improvement technology. In addition,it were prospected that the biological studies on seed vigor and the development trend of seed vigor improvement technologies in forage species.

摘要: 草种子是维持草地系统稳定性、改良退化草地生态环境及建设水土保持工程与城市绿地工程的重要基础材料,同时也是建植人工草地、保证牧草生产品质与提高草地畜牧业生产力的关键物质基础。种子活力研究一直是国内外种子科学领域的焦点和热点,然而,其在草种子中的研究却不够深入。基于近30年的研究,本文对草种子活力的生物学基础与提高技术进行了综述,介绍了种子活力调控的遗传因素和环境因素、种子活力下降的生理生化响应、种子活力提高技术的发展现状,并对草种子活力生物学研究、种子活力提高技术发展趋势进行了展望。
