Preliminary Study on Seed Vigor Testing of Oat Seeds Based on Oxygen Sensing Technology

基于氧传感技术测定燕麦种子活力的初步研究

Abstract: In order to explore the application of oxygen sensing technology to the determination of oat seed vigor,oat seeds with different water contents (4%,10%,16%,and 28%) were stored at room temperature and low temperature for 6 to 18 months,and controlled treatment of seed deterioration at 45℃ for 48 hours. The germination rate and oxygen sensing of all stored oat seeds were measured. The results showed that the storage conditions for oat seeds to maintain the relatively high vigor were:4% and 10% moisture content,stored at room temperature for less than 6 months,and stored at low temperature for less than 18 months;Low temperature storage with 16% and 22% moisture content is shorter than 6 months. Germination rate was significantly negatively correlated with relative germination time under non hypoxic stress,positively correlated with oxygen consumption rate,and negatively correlated with germination initiation time,but not significantly. The relative germination time under non hypoxic stress is the best indicator for measuring oat seed vigor under different treatments.

摘要: 为探索氧传感技术在燕麦(Avena sativa L.)种子活力测定中的应用,分别将不同含水量(4%,10%,16%和28%)燕麦种子进行室温及低温贮藏6—18个月以及45oC,48 h控制劣变处理,通过对燕麦种子的发芽率以及氧传感进行测定,结果表明,燕麦种子可维持相对较高活力的贮藏条件为:4%和10%含水量室温贮藏短于6个月,低温贮藏少于18个月;16%和22%含水量低温贮藏短于6个月。发芽率与非低氧胁迫条件下的理论萌发时间呈极显著负相关,与氧气消耗速率呈显著正相关,与萌发启动时间呈负相关,但相关关系不显著;非低氧胁迫条件下的理论萌发时间是测定不同处理燕麦种子活力的最佳指标。
