Comprehensive Evaluation of Production Performance and Feed Quality of 19 Alfalfa Varieties in Qaidam Basin

柴达木盆地19个紫花苜蓿品种生产性能和饲用品质综合评价

Abstract: In order to improve the forage quality and give full play to the feeding value of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.),19 alfalfa varieties were selected as test materials to explore the effects of varieties and stubble on the production performance and feeding quality of alfalfa. The results showed that the contents of crude protein and crude ash in the first crop were lower than those in the second crop,while the contents of crude fiber,acid detergent lignin,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in the first crop were higher than those in the second crop. The annual hay yield of ‘Daye No. 3’ was the highest,11.91 t·hm-2. The average crude protein contents of ‘aurora’ and ‘6010’ were relatively high,which were 21.01% and 20.90%,respectively. The relative feeding value and roughage grading index of ‘4030’ were the highest,151.20 and 5.54,respectively. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that several varieties,such as ‘Warrior’‘4030’ and ‘Baimu 201’,performed well and were suitable for planting in Qaidam Basin.

摘要: 为提高柴达木盆地饲草质量,充分发挥紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)饲用价值,本研究选取19个紫花苜蓿品种为供试材料,探究品种和茬次对紫花苜蓿生产性能和饲用品质的影响,并通过灰色关联度法综合评价,筛选适宜柴达木盆地种植的紫花苜蓿品种。结果表明,第1茬粗蛋白、粗灰分含量低于第2茬,第1茬粗纤维、酸性洗涤木质素、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维高于第2茬。‘大业3号’年干草产量最高,为11.91 t·hm-2;‘6010’‘极光’平均粗蛋白含量较高,分别为21.01%,20.90%;‘4030’的相对饲喂价值、粗饲料分级指数均最高,分别为151.20,5.54。因此,‘勇士’‘4030’‘佰苜201’等几个品种综合表现较好,适宜柴达木盆地种植。
