铅污染下草类植物的生理响应和富集特性研究进展

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of industrial production and the extensive use of pesticides and fertilizers in China have led to severe lead (Pb) pollution in the southwest region. Pb has strong chelating ability and is difficult to remove once it enters the soil, thus affecting soil properties, inhibiting seed germination and seedling growth, weakening photosynthetic capacity, and causing oxidative stress and metabolic changes in plants. Currently, there are many methods for Pb pollution remediation, and phytoremediation has received increasing attention and application in recent years. Among them, herbaceous plants, with their fast growth and large biomass, have certain advantages in phytoremediation. In order to summarize and analyze the response of herbaceous plants to Pb pollution, this paper reviewed the effects of Pb on plants, the characteristics of Pb absorption and translocation in plants, the response mechanisms of plants to Pb stress, and the research on the enrichment of Pb by herbaceous plants, which provided a theoretical basis for the phytoremediation of Pb pollution by grasses and the breeding of Pb-tolerant varieties.

摘要: 近年来,随着我国工业生产的快速发展以及大量农药化肥的施用,导致西南地区铅(Pb)污染严重。Pb具有很强的络合能力,进入土壤后难以清除,从而影响土壤性质,抑制植物种子的萌发和幼苗生长,导致植物光合能力减弱,并且引起植物的氧化应激和代谢产物变化。目前Pb污染治理方式很多,植物修复近年来广受关注和应用,其中草本植物以其生长快且生物量大等特点在植物修复方面具有一定的优势。本文综述了Pb对植物的影响、植物Pb吸收和转运特性、植物对Pb胁迫的响应机制以及草本植物在Pb富集中的研究,以总结和分析草本植物对Pb污染的应答响应,为草类植物Pb污染修复及耐Pb品种的选育提供理论依据。
