玉米芯菌糠配比对垂穗披碱草生长及土壤性状的影响

Abstract: In this study, a pot experiment with four addition ratios (0%, 20%, 40%, and 60%) of Corncob Fungus Chaff (CFC) was carried out to investigate their effects on seed germination, growth characteristics, photosynthetic traits, and saline-alkali soil properties of Elymus Nutans, and to identify the optimal addition ratio. The results showed that the addition of CFC significantly affected the growth of E. Nutans and soil properties (P<0.05): the 40% addition ratio yielded the optimal effects, with its germination rate, germination potential, plant height, leaf area, dry matter accumulation, and photosynthetic efficiency being significantly superior to those of the other treatments; the 20% addition ratio significantly enhanced the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of E.nutans; the 60% addition ratio reduced soil pH, salinity, and bulk density by 4.71%, 30.00%, and 54.81% compared with the control, respectively, while increasing soil water content and porosity by 31.79% and 26.07%, respectively. Correlation analysis indicated that soil pH and salinity were significantly positively correlated with seed germination rate, and soil water content and porosity were significantly positively correlated with dry matter accumulation. In summary, the 40% CFC addition ratio is most suitable for the germination and seedling growth of E.nutans, and can effectively improve the physical properties of saline-alkali soil.

摘要: 本研究通过设置0%,20%,40%,60%四种玉米芯菌糠添加比例的盆栽试验,探讨其对垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb.)种子发芽、生长特性、光合特性及盐碱土性状的影响,明确适宜的菌糠添加比例。结果表明,菌糠添加对垂穗披碱草生长及土壤性状影响显著(P<0.05)。40%添加量处理的效果最优,其发芽率、发芽势、株高、叶面积、干物质积累及光合效率均显著优于其他处理;20%添加量处理可显著提升垂穗披碱草净光合速率和气孔导度。60%添加量处理则使土壤pH值、盐分及容重分别较对照降低4.71%,30.00%,54.81%,土壤含水量与孔隙度分别提高31.79%,26.07%。相关性分析显示,土壤pH值、盐分与发芽率、土壤含水量、孔隙度与干物质积累均呈显著正相关关系。综上,40%的玉米芯菌糠添加量最适宜垂穗披碱草发芽及苗期生长,且可有效改良盐碱土物理性质。
