驼绒藜属植物种子萌发条件及其生理特性的研究

Abstract: A Study on the germinating conditions including temperature, illumination, moisture, and germinating bed of 7 materials gathered from 3 species of Ceratoides indicates that the seeds all generated well and the seed vigor proved the highest under a constant temperature of 25℃, or a vaviable temperature of 15~25℃. However, illumination did not significantly affect germination. The water requirement for germination ranged from 4 to 7 times the weight of the seed, and the minimum water requirement for germination differed among the 7 materials. C.arborescens apparently required the lowest amount of water (4 times its seed weight), and absorbed the water quickly in a speed of 0.6~0.7 g/h each seed grain in general, and reaching saturation 7~8 h after watering. Paper bed was an optimum for germinating seeds of Ceratoides L.. The study also shows that obvious differences of seed vigour existed between species, ecotypes and growth age of the plant. The seed of C.arborescens was the most vigorous. Generally, seeds produced under adverse environment are less vigorous.

摘要: 对驼绒藜属3个种的7份材料,研究种子萌发的温度、光照、水分和发芽床等条件。结果表明,驼绒藜属植物种子在25℃恒温及15~25℃变温的条件下萌发状况好,种子活力高;光照与否对种子萌发没有明显的影响。驼绒藜属种子萌发需水量范围为4~7倍于种子重,不同材料的种子萌发最低需间差异显著,其中华北驼绒藜萌发需水量最低(4倍于种子重量)。驼绒藜属植物种子的吸水速率较快,一般为0.6~0.7g/h·g种子,7~8h达到饱和吸胀;纸床为种子最佳发芽床。种子活力测定结果表明,在种间、生态型间和株龄间种子活力差异显著,其中华北驼绒藜种子活力显著高于其它种和生态型;较恶劣生境条件下产生的种子,其活力较低。
