Effect of Paclobutrazol(PP333) on Seed Yield and Quality of Elymus nutans Griseb‘Aba’

多效唑(PP333)对阿坝垂穗披碱草种子产量与质量的影响

Abstract:

In order to optimize the concentration and spraying growth period of paclobutrazol on Elymus nutans Griseb‘Aba’, foliage spray experiments were conducted by taking randomized block design and using different concentrations of paclobutrazol solution at different growth stages (jointing stage and booting stage) to explore the effect of concentration and spraying growth period and paclobutrazol concentration on ‘Aba’ seed yield and quality. The main results were as following:PP333 not only significantly(P<0.05)decreased plant lodging rate, but also improved the reproductive branches number and the second internodes coarse. PP333 also improved the panicle traits and seed yield and quality in a certain role, and spraying on the jointing stage to be significantly better than spraying on the booting stage. In a word, spraying on the leaf at 150 g·hm-2 of PP333 in shooting stage could obtain high seed yield and seed quality, which suitable for popularization and application in E.nutans Griseb‘Aba’ seed production.

摘要:

本试验以阿坝垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb. ‘Aba’)为材料,采用随机区组设计,利用不同浓度多效唑(PP333)在供试材料的不同生育期(拔节期和孕穗期)进行叶面喷施处理,探究不同浓度和施用时期对种子产量与质量相关因子的影响。结果表明:PP333增加了阿坝垂穗披碱草生殖枝数和第二茎节粗,显著降低了倒伏率(P<0.05);PP333对其穗部性状和种子产量与质量均具有一定的促进作用,且拔节期喷施效果明显好于孕穗期,其中以拔节期喷施150 g·hm-2多效唑可使种子产量与质量达到最高,其种子产量较对照组增加了508.25 kg·hm-2
