不同叶色无芒雀麦光合特性与表型性状的相关性分析

Abstract: In this study,we explored the relationship between phenotypic traits and photosynthetic characteristics of Bromus inermis Leyss. with different leaf colors. Two types of leaf-colored smooth bromegrass were selected,and phenotypic traits and photosynthetic parameters were measured. Correlation analysis was conducted between phenotypic traits and photosynthetic characteristics. The results showed that there were significant differences (P<0.05) in phenotypic traits and photosynthetic parameter indices among the six different smooth bromegrass materials. Among them,the relative chlorophyll content of the dark green materials was higher. This index was significantly positively correlated to leaf length,leaf width,spike length,and stem-leaf ratio (P<0.05). The intercellular CO2concentration,stomatal conductance,and net photosynthetic rate of dark green smooth bromegrass were higher than those of light green smooth bromegrass. The indicators such as leaf length,leaf width,net photosynthetic rate,and stomatal conductance of light green materials were relatively low,but their transpiration rate was low,and the vapor pressure deficit was high,further indicating a positive correlation between leaf color and photosynthesis. The six materials were ranked from high to low using the membership function method as follows:WL-52>WL-33>WL-04>YS-03>WL-57>WL-42. This study preliminarily reveals the relationship between phenotypic traits and photosynthetic characteristics,providing reference for the study of photosynthetic characteristics of smooth bromegrass resources and laying the foundation for screening high-light efficiency smooth bromegrass excellent germplasm.

摘要: 本文探究不同叶色无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis Leyss.)表型性状与光合特性的关系,选取两种叶色的无芒雀麦,测定其表型性状及光合特性参数,并对表型性状和光合特性之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果表明:6种不同无芒雀麦材料中表型性状和光合参数指标差异显著(P<0.05),其中,深绿色材料的叶片叶绿素相对含量较高,该指标与叶长、叶宽、穗长与茎叶比显著正相关(P<0.05),其胞间CO2浓度与气孔导度、净光合速率等均高于浅绿色无芒雀麦;浅绿色材料的叶长、叶宽、净光合速率、气孔导度等指标偏低,但其蒸腾速率较低,水蒸气压亏缺较高,进一步说明叶色与光合作用呈现正相关关系。通过隶属函数法对6种材料进行排序,从高到低依次为WL-52>WL-33>WL-04>YS-03>WL-57>WL-42。本研究初步揭示了表型性状与光合特性之间关系,为无芒雀麦资源的光合特性研究提供了参考,也为筛选高光效无芒雀麦优异种质提供了依据。
