植物乳杆菌对麻叶荨麻青贮品质和绵羊瘤胃降解特征的影响

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum on silage quality of Urtica cannabina and rumen degradation characteristics of sheep. In this experiment,Urtica cannabina was used as silage material,Lactiplantibacillus plantarum was used as additive,and two treatments (CK,treatment without adding bacteria;LP,treatment adding 1×105 cfu·g-1Lactiplantibacillus plantarum) were established. After 90 days of ensiling,the bag was sampled to determine the nutritional quality,fermentation characteristics and rumen degradation characteristics of Kazakh sheep. The results showed that the addition of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum significantly increased the contents of dry matter,crude protein and lactic acid (P<0.05),and significantly decreased the contents of water-soluble carbohydrate,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and butyric acid,as well as the pH value and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen (P<0.05). Inoculation with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum significantly increased the effective degradation rate of dry matter and acid detergent fiber in the rumen of sheep (P<0.05). It indicated that inoculation of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum to Urtica cannabina could reduce the silage loss of Urtica cannabina and improve the utilization efficiency of ruminant livestock.

摘要: 本试验旨在探究植物乳杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum)对麻叶荨麻(Urtica cannabina)青贮品质和绵羊瘤胃降解特征的影响。试验以麻叶荨麻为青贮原料,以植物乳杆菌作为添加剂,共设2个处理[CK处理(不添加菌的处理)和LP处理(添加1×105 cfu·g-1的植物乳杆菌)],青贮90 d后开袋取样,测定营养品质、发酵特性、哈萨克绵羊瘤胃降解特征。结果表明:麻叶荨麻青贮过程中添加植物乳杆菌,显著增加了干物质、粗蛋白、乳酸的含量(P<0.05),显著降低了水溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和丁酸含量以及pH值和氨态氮∶总氮的比值(P<0.05);接种植物乳杆菌可显著提高麻叶荨麻青贮在羊瘤胃中的干物质和酸性洗涤纤维的有效降解率(P<0.05)。由此可见,接种植物乳杆菌至麻叶荨麻青贮中可减少麻叶荨麻的青贮损失,提高反刍家畜利用效率。
