大鹅观草的染色体组组成

摘要: 以大鹅观草(Roegneria grandis Keng et S.L.Chen)与竖立鹅观草(R.ciliaris var.japonensis(honda)B.R.Lu,Yenet.Yang,Zn=28,SSYY)、犬草(Elymus caninus(L.)L,2n=28,SSHH)、拟鹅观草(Pseudoroegneria spicata(Pursh)A.love,2n=28,SSSS)三个种进行杂交。对亲本及杂种F1花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体配对进行分析。结果表明:(i)R.grandis是一种严格的异源四倍体植物,含有两个杂色体组;(ii)其由S和Y染色体组组成;(iii)S和Y染色体组间存在一定程度的部分同源性。

Abstract: Roegneria grandis was hybridized with R.ciliaris var,japonensis(Honda) B.R.Lu, Yen et J.L.Yang(2n = 28, SSYY), Elerus caninus(L.) L.(2N = 28, SSHH), and Pseudoroegneria spicata(Pursh) A.Love(2n = 28, SSSS).Chromosome pairing behaviour was studied in the parents and hybrids.It is concluded from this study that: (i)R.grandis is a strict allotetraploid species and contains the basic S and Ygenomes; (ii) a certain degree of homoeology exists between S and Y genomes of the species studied.
