沿海滩涂地区苜蓿根瘤菌接种方法和效果的研究

摘要： 通过沿海滩涂地区接种根瘤菌大面积种植苜蓿的调查结果表明,丸衣化接种技术显著地提高了苜蓿的成苗率和生长势。接种根瘤菌可使苜蓿产草量提高50～93.2%;根系生物量提高39.02～44.53%,结瘤量提高70.97～73.39%。

Abstract: The experiment of a inoculation of rhizobium to alfalfa and planted in coastland was investigated.The results should: the methods of inoculation can increase of plantlet survival rate and growth vigour of alfalfa significantly.Hay yield and root dry matter of inoculated alfalfa increased by 50~93.2% and 39.02~44.53%, respectively, the number of nodules increased by 70.97~ 73.39%.Effect of inoculation to Longdong, Tongxin and Aohan alfalfa were almost same.
