黄河三角洲地区苜蓿晒制技术的研究

Study on the Suncuring Technique of Alfalfa in the Region of Yellow River Delta

摘要: 对占全年产草量50%的第-茬苜蓿进行晾晒搂集试验。结果表明,在当地气候条件下,头茬苜蓿晾晒后应在含水量32%之前或23%以上的早晨搂集,其粗蛋白质含量和叶保存率皆高。喷酒碳酸钾(2%,7kg/hm2)对加速苜蓿干燥有-定作用,碳酸钾对含水量41.4%以上的苜蓿具有保存粗蛋白质的作用,而含水量在22.6%以下者则无作用。

Abstract: The study on suncuring and raking of the first cutting alfalfa which produced output is50% of annual yield was made.The results are indicated as follows:When alfalfa is raking at any timewith moisture content over 32% or in the morning over 23%,the crude protein (CP) content and leaf preserving rate of alfalfa are high in the local weather condition.The effect of sprayed with 2% potassium carbonate (7kg/ha) field drying of the first cutting of alfalfa is significant.Potassium carbonate conserves CPonly during moisture content over 41.4 %,but not below 22.6 % of moisture content.
