摘要: 构建了几丁质酶基因植物表达载体,该基因在大肠杆菌中能表达35kD的蛋白质。几丁质酶粗提物在体外对柱花草胶孢炭疽病原菌有极显著的抑菌效果。

Abstract: Chinase gene expressing vectors for plant transformation were constructed,35kD protein was expressed by chitinase gene in Escherichiacoli DH5α. In vitro crude preparation of chinase has efficient inhibition on the growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, which caused Stylosnathes anthracnose disease.
