杂交狼尾草“牧特利”生物学特性及刈割次数对产草量和品质的影响

Biological Characteristics of Pennisetum Hybrid“Nutrifeed” and the Effect of Cutting Frequencies on its Yield and Quality

摘要: 对杂交狼尾草品种"牧特利"的生物学特性及刈割次数对产量和品质的影响进行研究,结果表明:生长季内株高及单株干重持续增长;群体叶面积指数大、分蘖期长、分蘖能力强是其显著的特征;留茬和刈割时间对再生性影响显著,以留茬15cm为宜,拔节前刈割较佳;粗蛋白质含量与株高呈极显著负相关(r=-0.953),粗纤维含量、茎叶比均与株高呈极显著正相关(r=0.969,r=0.939);产草量以刈割1次最高,刈割3次最低,但品质则以后者最好,前者最差;晒制干草或青贮以刈割1次为宜,青刈利用以刈割2次为宜;牧特利兼具高产、优质、多次刈割等特点,是农田种草养畜理想的牧草品种.

Abstract: A study undertaken in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on the biological characteristics of Nutrifeed and the effect of cutting frequencies on the grass yield and quality shows that during the growing period the plant height and dry weight rise continuously, characterized by elaborate leaf area index of the population, strong tillering ability, and long tillering stage. The stubble height and cutting frequencies remarkably affect the grass regrowth rate. The favorable stubble height after cutting is 15 cm and to cut before the grass jointion stage benefits its regrowth. There is a significant negative correlation of r=-0.953 between the Nutrifeed crude fiber(%) and plant height(m), and a significant positive correlation exists between its crude fiber(%) and plant height(m)(r=0.969), and between the rate of stem-to-leaf and plant height(m)(r=0.939). The yield of the first-cut fresh forage is the highest and best for making hay or ensiling. As for soiling, the second cutting is a favorable choice. The yield of the third cutting is the lowest yet the best in quality, while the quality of the first cutting ranks last. Nutritious, abundant yield, and tolerant of repeated cuttings. Nutrifeed suits to be planted in farmland as a quality livestock feed.
