贵州野生匍匐翦股颖抗旱耐热性评价

Drought and Heat Resistance of Wild-type Agrostis stolonifera L. Collected in Guizhou

摘要: 于2008年7月,以贵州省内采集的5份野生匍匐翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera L.),以及对照Putter为材料,研究其在干热胁迫过程中的形态变化,测定叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、游离脯氨酸含量和相对电导率5个生理指标,根据隶属(反隶属)函数法,采用这5个指标对野生匍匐翦股颖资源及对照Putter进行抗旱耐热性综合评价。结果表明:材料及对照抗旱耐热能力依次为:材料4>材料2>材料1>材料3>Putter>材料5。试验研究结果将为抗旱耐热型匍匐翦股颖新品种筛选提供理论依据。

Abstract: Five wild-types of Agrostis stolonifera L.were collected in Guizhou(named No1;No.2;No.3;No.4;and No.5 respectively) with one introduced variety(Putter as control) were studied in July,2008 to develop new varieties with strong drought and heat resistance.Total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,electrolyte leakage and free proline content under drought and heat stresses were measured.Both drought and heat resistance are comprehensively evaluated according to these 5 indexes,Results show that the drought and heat tolerance are ranked as No.4>No.2>No.1>No.3>Putter>No.5.
