遮荫强度对不同来源白颖苔草形态和生理指标的影响

Ecophysiological and Morphological Responses of Carex rigescens from Different Sources to Different Shading Levels

摘要: 为研究不同遮荫强度对不同来源白颖苔草(Carex rigescen)生长状况的影响,设置4个不同遮荫强度(0%,50%,75%,90%),对不同来源白颖苔草的形态特征指标与可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛、叶绿素、保护性酶(POD)等生理生化指标进行观察测定,以确定不同来源白颖苔草的耐荫性强弱。结果表明:形态指标在不同遮荫度下出现了不同的变化;POD活性和脯氨酸含量随着遮荫度的增加先升高后降低;叶绿素含量随着遮荫度的增加而增加,叶绿素a/b随着遮荫度的增加而减少;丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量随着遮荫度的增加而降低。通过对形态指标与生理指标的综合分析可知,黄骅地区白颖苔草耐荫性比较强,在轻度遮荫(50%,75%)与重度遮荫(90%)下均能生长良好;海淀、丰镇、乌海3个地区白颖苔草不适应重度遮荫(90%),轻度遮荫(50%,75%)有利于其生长;顺义地区白颖苔草不耐遮荫。

Abstract: The effects of different shading intensities on the morphological parameter and physiological indexes of Carex rigescens growth were studied. The chlorophyll (Chl), malondial dehyde (MDA), proline (Pro), soluble sugar and leaf relative water (RWC) contents, the superoxide (POD) activity, and the morphological indexes of Carex rigescens under different shading levels (0%, 50%, 75%, 90%) were analyzed. Results demonstrated that the change of morphological index was inconsistency. POD activity and proline content increased obviously and then decreased, and Chl increased, whereas Chl a/b, MDA and soluble sugar contents decreased with the increase of shading level. The comprehensive comparison of physiological biochemical indexes and morphological index indicated that Carex rigescens from Huanghua was adapted to slight shading (50%, 75%) and heavy shading (90%), whereas Carex rigescens from Shunyi was not able to endure shading. Slight shading was beneficial to the growth of others.
