添加剂及含水量对老芒麦青贮品质的影响

Effects of Additives and Moisture Content on the Quality of Elymus sibiricns L. Silages

摘要: 以抽穗期川草2号老芒麦(Elymus sibiricns L.‘Chuancao No.2’)为研究对象,通过对其发酵品质和化学成分的分析,探讨老芒麦青贮原料在含水量分别为64.12%和57.48%时添加青宝Ⅱ号(FS)、乳酸菌制剂Ⅰ(LABⅠ)、乳酸菌制剂Ⅱ(LABⅡ)、丙酸(PAT)、甲酸钠(SF)共5种添加剂后的青贮效果。结果表明:各添加剂处理的pH值显著低于对照(P<0.05);当含水量为64.12%时,除SF处理外,各添加剂处理的乳酸含量显著高于对照(P<0.05),LABⅠ和LABⅡ处理的乙酸含量显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05),LABⅠ处理的氨态氮/总氮比值最低;当含水量为57.48%时,SF处理的乳酸含量显著低于其他各处理,LABⅠ处理的乙酸含量与对照差异显著(P<0.05);各含水量下的干物质含量、可溶性碳水化合物含量、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量差异不显著,LABⅡ处理的粗蛋白含量显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05)。降低含水量能够改善老芒麦青贮饲料的品质,不同添加剂的青贮效果不同,LABⅠ添加剂处理的青贮品质最佳。

Abstract: Elymus sibiricus L.‘Chuancao No.2’ in the stage of head sprouting was ensilaged after wilted 8 h (moisture content: 64.12%) and 18 h (moisture content: 57.48%) with different additives (FS, 0.03 g·kg-1 FM; LABⅠ, 0.22 g·kg-1 FM; LABⅡ, 0.033 g·kg-1 FM; PAT, 0.03 mL·kg-1 FM; SF, 0.03 mL·kg-1 FM). The Fermentation quality and chemical composition of the silage were investigated after ensiled for sixty days. Results showed that the pH of all tested silages with additives deceased significantly (P<0.05). The lactic acid (LA) contents of silages except SF treatment increased significantly when the moisture content of silage was 64.12% (P<0.05). The acetic acid (AA) contents of silages in LABⅠ treatment and LABⅡ treatment were higher than that in others (P<0.05). The AN/TN ratio of silage in LABⅠtreatment was lower than others. The LA content of silage in SF treatment decreased significantly when the moisture content was 57.48% (P<0.05), and the AA content of silages in LABⅠ treatment differed significantly from that in control (P<0.05). The crude protein (CP) content of silages in LABⅡ treatment increased significantly (P<0.05). The fermentation quality and chemical composition of silages could be improved by reducing the moisture content of E. sibiricus L. and the effect differed between different additives. LABⅠadditive could make good silages.
