施氮水平对季节性栽培紫花苜蓿饲草干物质产量和品质的影响

摘要:

为明确长江下游农区季节性栽培紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)春季的适宜施氮量,田间试验设60,120,180,240 kg N·hm-2 4个施氮水平,春季刈割3次测定了其干物质产量和饲用品质。2年试验结果表明,增施氮肥提高了紫花苜蓿各茬株高、一次分枝数、单株叶面积和单茎重。2年试验的总饲草干物质产量(DMY)均在180 kg N·hm-2处理时达最大值,分别为11440,11769 kg·hm-2。施氮对紫花苜蓿的饲用品质影响较小。180和240 kg N·hm-2处理略微提高了饲草粗蛋白含量(CP)和干物质体外消化率(IVDMD),中性洗涤纤维含量(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维含量(ADF)有降低的趋势。综合2年的试验结果,该地区季节性栽培紫花苜蓿春季刈割3次的适宜施氮量为180 kg N·hm-2

Abstract:

The effects of nitrogen application (60, 120, 180, 240 kg N·hm-2) on the forage dry matter yield (DMY) and quality of alfalfa in seasonal cultivation system were studied in field experiments in the lower Yangtze river region. The results of 2 years experiment showed that with increasing nitrogen fertilizer application, plant height, shoot number, leaf area/plant and shoot weight all increased gradually. Total DMY maximum values of both tested years were 11440 and 11769 kg·hm-2 at 180 kg N·hm-2 treatment. In our research, the increase of nitrogen application had a little impact on the forage quality of each cutting. The forage crude protein (CP) and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) were improved in the treatments of 180 and 240 kg N·hm-2, whereas neutral and acid detergent fiber (NDF, ADF) contents decreased slightly. In conclusion, the best nitrogen application rate is 180 kg N·hm-2 for alfalfa with seasonal cultivation in the lower Yangtze river region.
