摘要:

为研究不同水淹条件下牛鞭草(Hemarthria altissima(Poir.)Stapf et C. E. Hubb.)最适宜的种植密度,设置4种不同水分条件和4种不同的种植密度,测定其叶绿素含量及荧光参数。结果表明:非全淹条件下牛鞭草光化学反应无明显损害,种植密度不是其光合能力的限制性因子;全淹明显抑制牛鞭草的光合性能,在全淹生境下,建议进行高密度种植。

Abstract:

To estimate the optimum plant density under different flood conditions, an experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of variations in flood conditions and planting densities on the photosynthetic pigment contents and chlorophyll fluorescence of H. altissima. Four flood treatments were set, interacted with four different planting densities. The results showed that non-submergence treatments caused no obvious damage to the photochemical reactions of H. altissima. Planting density was not a limiting factor for photosynthesis ability of H. altissima in the non-submergence area. Submergence inhibited the photosynthetic capacity of H. altissima significantly and high planting density was suggested in the long-term submerged area.
