不同品种苜蓿与无芒雀麦单、混播越冬期根系生理指标变化研究

Study on the Effects of Mix-sowing with Bromus Inermis on Changes of Physiological Parameters of Alfalfa Root in Wintering Period

摘要:

以4种紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)与无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis Leyss)为试验材料,通过单播及分别与无芒雀麦混播,研究不同单播及混播组合在低温条件下根系的生理变化。结果表明:4个苜蓿品种单播及与无芒雀麦混播苜蓿根系随着自然降温其可溶性糖等生理指标含量均增加,翌年春随着自然温度的回升而降低;MDA含量则随着自然温度的下降先升高后下降而后又升高,通过各抗寒生理指标综合分析表明,混播有利于提高抗寒性能。

Abstract:

This study was to analyze the effect of alfalfa mix-sowed with Bromus inermis on root physiology index. Four alfalfa cultivars, ‘Xunlu’, ‘Longmu806’, ‘WL168HQ’,‘Aohan’ and one Bromus inermis were used as experimental materials. The results showed that the different physiology index, such as soluble carbohydrate content in root increased with the decrease of the temperature in late fall, and decreased with air temperature rise. The content of MDA showed an up-down-up trend with temperature variation. The comprehensive analysis showed that the mix-sowing were favorable to improve cold resistance of alfalfa.
