盐胁迫下黑果枸杞幼苗对外源独脚金内酯的生理响应

Physiological Response of the Seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. To Exogenous Strigolactone under Salt Stress

摘要: 为探究盐胁迫下黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)幼苗生理特性对外源独脚金内酯(SLs)的响应,本研究以黑果枸杞为试验材料,采用浓度为50,100,150,200和250 mmol·L-1的NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理,并对幼苗根部灌施0.4,1,5,10 μmol·L-1的SLs,测定并分析黑果枸杞幼苗的生理指标。结果表明:在轻度盐胁迫(50,100 mmol·L-1 NaCl)下施加1,5,10 μmol·L-1外源SLs处理、中度盐胁迫(150 mmol·L-1 NaCl)以及重度盐胁迫(200,250 mmol·L-1 NaCl)下施加5,10 μmol·L-1外源SLs,测得幼苗中叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量增加,SOD,POD,CAT,GSH,ASA活性上升,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,施加外源SLs能够增强黑果枸杞幼苗的抗盐性,且最佳使用浓度为5 μmol·L-1,本研究为盐胁迫下黑果枸杞人工种植产业提供了理论支持和技术指导。

Abstract: The purpose of the research was to explore the physiological characteristics of the seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. under salt stress and their response to exogenous strigolactones (SLs). The study used Lycium ruthenicum as experimental materials,NaCl stress at concentrations of 50,100,150,200 and 250 mmol·L-1 and the seedlings roots were irrigated with 0.4,1,5,and 10 μmol·L-1 SLs to detect and analysis the physiological indicators of seedlings. The results showed that 1,5,10 μmol·L-1 exogenous SLs were applied under mild salt stress (50,100 mmol·L-1 NaCl) treatments,5,10 μmol·L-1exogenous SLs applied under moderate (150 mmol·L-1NaCl) and severe salt stress(200,250 mmol·L-1 NaCl) treatments had an increase in the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugars,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT),glutathione (GSH),L-ascorbic acid (ASA),and a significant decrease in malondialdehyde (MDA) content (P<0.05). In conclusion,the application of exogenous SLs can enhance the salt resistance of Lycium ruthenicum seedlings,with an optimal concentration of 5 μmol·L-1,this study would provide a theoretical support and technical guidance for the artificial planting industry of Lycium ruthenicum under salt stress.
