‘清水’苜蓿雄性不育系及父本品种生产性能和营养价值评价

Evaluation of Production Performance and Nutritional Value of ‘Qingshui’ Male Sterile Sterile Line and Male Parent Varieties of Alfalfa

摘要: 为利用‘清水’紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa ‘Qingshui’)雄性不育系构建杂交优势组合,本研究以4个‘清水’紫花苜蓿雄性不育材料为母本,以西北陇中地区适宜的6个苜蓿品种为父本,测定表型性状及营养品质,通过方差分析、相关性分析及通径分析,综合评价父、母本材料,为后续杂交优势性状选择奠定基础。结果表明,母本株高较高(135.59~153.80 cm),均高于父本(94.73~131.00 cm);母本单株干重(4.36~5.73 g)低于‘甘农3号’‘甘农9号’‘陇中’和‘新疆大叶’;母本粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)含量(14.76%~15.39%)均低于父本(17.62%~20.06%);母本饲草分级指数(2级)均低于父本(特级~1级)。相关性分析表明,分枝数、叶茎比是正向影响单株产量最重要的指标;分枝数、CP含量和单株产量是正向影响饲草分级指数最重要的指标。母本雄性不育材料中,QS2综合评价最好;父本品种中‘甘农9号’综合评价最好,可将QS2与‘甘农9号’作为潜在组配亲本。

Abstract: In order to construct hybrid dominant combination using ‘Qingshui’ alfalfa (Medicago sativa‘Qingshui’) male sterile line,four ‘Qingshui’ alfalfa male sterile materials in this study were used as female parents and six alfalfa varieties suitable for northwest Longzhong area were used as male parents. Phenotypic traits and nutritional quality were measured. Through variance analysis,correlation analysis and path analysis,the male and female parent materials were comprehensively evaluated to lay a foundation for the selection of heterosis traits in subsequent hybridization. The results showed that female parent plant height was higher (135.59-153.80 cm) than the male parent parent (94.73-131.00 cm). The dry weight of the female parent plant (4.36-5.73 g) was lower than that of ‘Gannong No.3’,‘Gannong No.9’,‘Longzhong’ and ‘Xinjiang Daye’. The female parent CP content (14.76%-15.39%) was lower than the male parent (17.62%-20.06%). The female parent forage grading index (Grade 2) was lower than the male parent (Super~Grade 1). Correlation analysis showed that the branch number and stem ratio were the most important indexes;the branch number,CP content and single plant yield were the most important indexes to influence the forage grading index. Among the female parent male sterile materials,QS2 had the best comprehensive evaluation. Among the male parent varieties,‘Gannong No.9’ had the best comprehensive evaluation,and the two could be used as potential parents.
