添加剂对披碱草青贮发酵品质及微生物数量的影响

Effects of Additives on Fermentation Quality and Microbial Quantity of Elymus dahuricus silage

摘要: 为探究不同添加剂对披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)青贮品质及微生物数量的影响,本研究以披碱草为原料,设置P1组(无添加剂,添加等量蒸馏水)、P2组(添加植物乳杆菌,添加量为1×106 CFU·g-1 FW)、P3组(添加糖蜜,添加量为20 g·kg-1 FW)、P4组(添加布氏乳杆菌,添加量为1×106 CFU·g-1 FW)、P5组(添加纤维素酶,添加量为50 U·g-1 FW),青贮60天后,测定其营养价值、发酵品质及微生物数量。不同青贮添加剂对披碱草的可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和粗灰分含量均有显著影响(P<0.05);添加剂显著降低了披碱草青贮饲料的pH值,乳酸含量显著提高(P<0.05),丙酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综合隶属函数分析表明,添加量为20 g·kg-1 FW糖蜜时披碱草青贮品质最佳。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of different additives on the silage quality and microbial population of Elymus dahuricusElymus dahuricus was used as the raw material and herein and set up five treatment groups: P1 (no additive, add the same amount of distilled water), P2 (adding Lactobacillus plantarum,the addition amount was 1×106 CFU·g-1 FW), P3 (adding molasses, the addition amount was 20 g·kg-1 FW), P4 (adding Lactobacillus buchneri,the addition amount was 1×106 CFU·g-1 FW), and P5 (adding cellulase,the addition amount was 50 U·g-1 FW). After 60 days of ensiling, the nutritional quality, fermentation characteristics, and microbial counts were determined. The results showed that different silage additives significantly affected the contents of water soluble carbohydrates (WSC), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), and crude ash in Elymus dahuricus silage(P<0.05). The additives significantly decreased the pH value of the silage and significantly increased the lactic acid content (P<0.05), while significantly reducing the propionic acid content (P<0.05). Comprehensive membership function analysis indicated that quality of Elymus dahuricus silage was the best when the addition amount was 20g·kg-1 FW molasses.
