品种和添加剂对三江源区燕麦青贮品质和CNCPS蛋白组分的影响

Effects of Varieties and Additives on Silage Quality and CNCPS Protein Fractions of Oats in the Sanjiangyuan Area

摘要: 为了筛选适宜三江源区的燕麦品种及高效添加剂,选用燕麦品种‘贝勒Ⅱ’‘白燕2’和‘白燕7’,于抽穗期收获后,分别设置空白对照(CK)、植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,LP)、布氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus buchneri,LB)及苯甲酸钠(Sodium benzoate,SB)添加剂处理,青贮45 d后取样分析,测定青贮品质和净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系(Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system,CNCPS)蛋白组分。结果表明:(1) ‘白燕2’的干物质、可溶性碳水化合物、蛋白质和粗脂肪含量显著高于其他品种。(2)与对照组相比,添加剂组可以显著降低高寒地区燕麦青贮饲料的pH值(P<0.05),添加LB能够显著降低氨态氮含量,提高乳酸和乙酸含量(P<0.05)。不同添加剂均能显著降低中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05)。品种和添加剂互作对燕麦青贮饲料有显著影响(P<0.01)。(3)CNCPS蛋白组分测定结果表明,品种和添加剂互作对PB组分含量均有显著提高(P<0.01),对PA和PC组分含量均有显著降低(P<0.01)。综上所述,品种和添加剂互作对燕麦青贮品质和CNCPS蛋白组分均有不同程度的改善作用,以“白燕2+LB”组合效果最佳。

Abstract: This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different varieties and additives on the silage quality and Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS) protein fraction of oats. The test varieties were ‘Belle II’ ‘Baiyan 2’ and ‘Baiyan 7’, which were harvested at the tassel stage. A blank control group (CK) and three additive treatment groups of Lactobacillus plantarum (LP), Lactobacillus buchneri (LB) and sodium benzoate (SB) were set up in the experiment, and the samples were taken and analysed after 45 d of bagged silage. The results showed the following: 1) The contents of dry matter, soluble carbohydrates, protein, and crude fat in ‘Baiyan 2’ were significantly higher than those of other varieties. 2)Compared with the control group, the additive treatments significantly reduced the pH value of oat silage in alpine regions (P<0.05). The addition of LB (Lactobacillus) significantly reduced ammonia nitrogen content and increased lactic acid and acetic acid contents (P<0.05). All additives significantly reduced the contents of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) (P<0.05). The interaction between variety and additive had a significant effect on oat silage quality (P<0.01). 3)According to the CNCPS protein component analysis, the interaction between variety and additive significantly increased PB component content (P<0.01) and significantly reduced PA and PC component contents (P<0.01). In conclusion, the interaction between variety and additive improved oat silage quality and CNCPS protein components to varying degrees, with the combination of ‘Baiyan 2+LB’ showing the best results.
