水分胁迫下苜蓿品种抗旱生理生化指标变化及其相互关系

Effect of Water Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Process of Alfalfa Varieties

摘要: 研究在水分胁迫下4个紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种抗旱生理生化指标的变化及其相互关系。结果表明:叶片水分饱和亏缺、甜菜碱含量、甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性和脱落酸含量在水分胁迫下明显增加,品种间差异显著;叶片水分饱和亏缺在中度和重度胁迫下明显增加,其中WL323和皇后苜蓿较高,Vector和敖汉苜蓿较低;WL323和Vector苜蓿甜菜碱含量随着水分胁迫强度的增加而增加,皇后和敖汉苜蓿表现出先增加后降低的趋势,含量较高的是Vector和敖汉苜蓿;Vector苜蓿的甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性随着胁迫强度的增加而增加,皇后、WL323和敖汉苜蓿呈单峰变化,在中度胁迫下达到最大值;在水分胁迫下ABA含量明显增加,其中变化最大的是敖汉苜蓿,WL323苜蓿变化最小;脱落酸通过甜菜碱醛脱氢酶间接影响苜蓿叶片在水分胁迫下甜菜碱的积累;敖汉苜蓿的抗旱性最强,其次是Vector,WL323和皇后苜蓿抗旱性较弱。

Abstract: A study of changes of physiological and biochemical process of drought resistance in 4 alfalfa varieties under different water-stress treatment showed that water saturation deficit, betaine content, betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase activity and abscisic acid content in alfalfa leaves increased notably under water stress. The 4 indexes were evidently different among the 4 alfalfa varieties. Water saturation deficit arose hastily under medium- and severe-stress, compared to control and light-stress-more obvious were WL323 and Queen varieties. With aggravation of water stress, WL323 and Vector alfalfa increased in betaine content, while Queen’s and Aohan’s betaine content inceased initially, then declined. Vector and Aohan were the two varieties having the highest betaine content. Betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase activity in Vector alfalfa increased with the intensity of water stress, while that of the other varieties showed the trend of initial increasing, reaching the peak under medium-stress, then decreasing. Aohan alfalfa’s abscisic acid content changed most obviously under water stress, while that of WL323 changed only slightly. According to correlation analysis, the conclusion was deduced that abscisic acid was indirectly changed the leaves'betaine accumulation through betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase activity under water-stress. The drought resistance capacity of the 4 varieties is sequenced:Aohan alfalfa, ranking the first, followed by Vector and Queen and WL323.
