紫花苜蓿种质苗期抗旱性综合评价研究

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Medicago stiva L. Germplasm at Seedling Stage

摘要: 为筛选优异的抗旱种质资料,采用室内盆栽法,对来自俄罗斯的18份紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)种质资源的抗旱性进行研究.在日光温室模拟干旱胁迫条件下,通过测定存活率、株高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根冠比、根系长度等形态指标,比较聚类分析法、抗旱性等级评价赋分法、标准差系数赋予权重法三种综合评价方法的差异,同时筛选抗旱种质材料.结果表明:标准差系数赋予权重法得出供试材料抗旱性强弱为:M7>M8>M3>M10>M9>M4>M11>M2>M12>810>M>M14>M1>CK>M15>M1>M13>M17>M5,评价结果与材料实际观测基本一致.标准差系数赋予权重法不但考虑不同指标的权重,还定量地鉴定每份材料的抗旱能力,比聚类分析法和抗旱性等级评价赋分法的结果更具科学合理性.

Abstract: The drought resistance of 18 alfalfa germplasms at the seedling stage was evaluated under soil drought stress in the green house.The difference among three comprehensive evaluation methods,i.e.cluster analysis,grading method,and standard deviation coefficient allocation weighted method,was compared based on the measurements of morphological indices including survival rate,plant height,aboveground biomass,underground biomass,root to shoot ratio,and root length and meanwhile the strong drought resistance materials were screened.The results show that the drought resistance of 18 alfalfa germplasms from strong to weak was as follows: M7 > M8 > M3 > M10 > M9 > M4 > M11 > M2 > M12 > 810 > M6 > M14 > M1 > CK > M15 > M16 > M13 > M17 > M5 according to the standard deviation coefficient allocation weighted method.This method not only considered the allocation weight of different indices but also evaluated the drought resistance of each material.
