NaCl胁迫对唐古特白刺幼苗生理指标的影响

摘要: 为明确唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.)对NaCl胁迫的生理响应特征,采用盆栽法研究不同NaCl浓度(25,50,75,100,200,300,400 mmol·L-1,以0 mmol·L-1为对照)对其幼苗叶片抗氧化物酶活性及渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:胁迫10,20,30 d后,抗氧化物酶活性随胁迫浓度的增大呈相似的规律性变化,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT) 和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均在低浓度盐胁迫(25~100 mmol·L-1)时上升,高浓度盐胁迫(200~400 mmol·L-1)时下降;丙二醛(MDA)含量随盐浓度增加持续上升;脯氨酸(Pro)含量在胁迫10,20,30 d后,均随盐浓度增高而持续上升,同一盐浓度下,10~20 d上升幅度较大、20~30 d上升幅度较小;可溶性蛋白质(SP)含量呈整体下降趋势,可溶性糖(SS)含量在低盐浓度胁迫时上升,高盐浓度胁迫时下降。

Abstract: The response of antioxidase and osmoregulation materials in leaf of Nitraria tangutorum seedling to NaCl stress with different concentration (25,50,75,100,200,300,400 mmol稬-1) for 10, 20 and 30 days was studied with pot experiment. The result indicated that the activity of antioxidase increased along with the stress concentration. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalases (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) increased under the low concentration stress (25 to 100 mmol稬-1) and decreased under high concentration (200 to 400 mmol稬-1). The content of Malonate (MDA) kept increasing under stress, The proline (Pro) content increased along with the stress concentration. And the increasing amount was higher within 10 to 20 days compared to that within 20 to 30 days under same stress concentration. Soluble protein (SP) content showed a decreasing pattern in general. Soluble sugar (SS)content increased under low concentration stress and decreased under high concentration stress.
