中科2号羊草品种在宁夏的引种试验初探

摘要: 建立人工草地是缓解我国北方草畜矛盾突出及牧草产业化滞后的一种有效途径,而优质牧草资源的引种是建立高产优质人工草地的前提。因此,采用田间小区试验与室内考种等方法系统评价了中科2号羊草(Leymus chinensis 'Zhongke No.2')新品种引种到宁夏盐池地区的生长状况。结果表明:该品种的越冬率保持在95%以上,且能够正常生长发育,在2年内完成了从种子到新种子的有性生活史;种子产量性状表现较好,结实率达86.8%;千粒重2.7 g;试验收获的种子发芽率达74.4%;鲜草和干草产量分别达38692 kg·hm-2和13174 kg·hm-2。综上所述,中科2号羊草新品种适宜在宁夏盐池类似地区种植,有潜力在宁夏建立羊草新品种种源繁殖基地。

Abstract: The establishment of artificial pasture is an effective way to ease the conflicts between grass and livestock in Northern China and solve the problem of lagging pasture industrialization. The introduction of high-quality forage species is the premise of building good-quality artificial pastures. The growth of the new Leymus chinensis ‘Zhongke No.2' variety introduced from Beijing was systematically evaluated in Yanchi with field experiment and indoor test in this study. Results showed that the plants grew well in Yanchi and the winter survival rate was over 95%. It needed two years to complete sexual reproduction and generate new seeds. Seed yield was high with seed setting rate of 86.8% and 1000-kernel weight of 2.7 g. The germination rate of the seeds harvested in this experiment was 74.4%. The fresh grass and hay output reached 38692 kg·hm-2 and 13174 kg·hm-2, respectively. Therefore, the ‘Zhongke No.2' variety was suitable for planting in Yanchi and the similar regions. There was potential to establish a new source breeding base in Ningxia.
