摘要:

为研究筛选自高寒草地5株真菌合成不同功能酶系间的互作效应,采用单个菌株发酵粗酶液直接混合和菌株组合发酵的2种方式,分别测定了反应体系中不同功能酶活力的变化情况。结果表明:菌株310b与4个菌株23a,26B,24d及H发酵粗酶液直接混合的情况下,反应体系中漆酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、木聚糖酶的酶活力下降, 且差异显著(P<0.05);而菌株310b与4个菌株组合发酵的情况下,反应体系中漆酶的酶活力下降,且差异显著(P<0.05),在与菌株23a和H的组合中,反应体系羧甲基纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的酶活力下降,且差异显著(P<0.05),与菌株26B和24d 的组合中,反应体系中羧甲基纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的酶活力没有变化。

Abstract:

It is very significant to study the interactions between cellulolytic enzymes because the interactions could increase the decomposition of cellulose. In the paper, five fungal strains from alpine meadow soil were selected to compose a synthetic system. The five fungal strains had the high activities of cellulolytic enzymes. The activities of cellulolytic enzymes of the individual fungal strain or the different mixed fungal strains were determined and the interactions between cellulolytic enzymes in the fungal strains were analyzed. The results showed that compared with the individual strains, the activities of cellulases, Hemicellulase, and laccases in the mixed solutions which were composed of the same volume of enzymes from the two of the five fungal strains decreased(P<0.05), and the decreases of these enzyme activities were different. The celluloses and hemicelluloses activities of the mixed enzymes from the 310b and 23a strains as well as from the 310b and H strains changed significantly(P<0.05), whereas there were not significant changes in the mixed enzymes of 310b and 24d strains as well as in the mixed enzymes of 310b and 26B strains.
