高温对金荞麦生理生化特征的影响及其耐热性评价

Physiological and Biochemical Response of Fagopyrum dibotrys to High Temperature Stress and Evaluation of Their Heat Tolerance

摘要:

为阐明金荞麦(Fagopyrum dibotrys Hara)耐热生理生化机制,以8个金荞麦种质为试验材料,研究高温对其生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:高温处理后,各金荞麦种质的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加;可溶性蛋白(SP)含量先升高后降低;超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性增加。综合分析,评价出供试材料耐热顺序为:JQ6> JQ2> JQ3> JQ1> JQ8> JQ4> JQ5> JQ7。

Abstract:

To elucidate the physiological and biochemical mechanism of F. dibotrys heat tolerance, changes of physiological and biochemical indexes in eight germplasm resourses of F. dibotrys were studied under high temperature. The results showed that the electric conductivity, MDA content, proline content of F. dibotrys increased under high temperature. Soluble protein content increased at the beginning, and then decreased with the temperature increasing. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) increased under high temperature. The order of heat tolerance of eight germplasm resourses was as follow: JQ6> JQ2> JQ3> JQ1> JQ8> JQ4> JQ5> JQ7.
