摘要:

试验对6种紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)在高寒地区越冬前后根系生理指标及越冬率进行测定。结果表明:‘公农1号’和‘草原3号’的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及游离脯氨酸含量在越冬最冷月含量高于其他品种,其次是‘龙牧806’和‘Wega7F’,均具有较高的越冬能力,而‘敖汉’和国外引进品种‘WL319 HQ’的各项指标略低,抗寒能力较弱。

Abstract:

The study was conducted to compare cold resistance related physiological characteristics of six alfalfa varieties in alpine region. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, free proline were measured. The results showed that the quantities of soluble sugar and protein, free proline in roots of ‘GN1st’ and ‘CY3st’ were higher than other alfalfa varieties in the coldest month, and the second was ‘LM 806’ and ‘Wega 7F’. The ability of cold resistance of all the above 4 varieties were higher. However, the contents of cumulated matters in roots of ‘Aohan’ and ‘WL319 HQ’ variety imported from US were lower. Their ability of cold resistance was poor relatively.
