野生羊茅与引进羊茅‘猎狗5号’竞争特性的研究

Study on Competitive Characteristics of Native Festuca Ovina L.and Introduced Festuca ‘Houndog Ⅴ’

摘要:

为探究如何有效保护本土野生羊茅及用作草坪草后如何有效地改进其劣势、发挥其优势,本实验以呼和浩特市本土野生羊茅(Native Festuca ovina L.)和引进羊茅品种‘猎狗5号’为材料,在环境适应性假说和空间异质化假说的不同修剪频率处理下,统计其辛普森指数并测定其生理生化指标的变化,得出不同处理因子对本土野生羊茅与引进羊茅品种竞争、生存能力的影响。结果表明野生羊茅有较好的抗寒性,可以考虑将其用作草坪草育种方向的研究进行改良优化,尝试作为呼和浩特市草坪草,但因其是野生品种,没有进行改良,其坪用性和耐修剪性能较差,所以后续应着重进行此方面的改良。

Abstract:

To explore how to effectively protect the native wild fescue and how to effectively improve its disadvantages and play its advantages, the experiment analyzed the changes of the Simpson index and physiological and biochemical indicators of the native Festuca ovina L. in Hohhot and introduced Festuca species ‘Houndog Ⅴ’ at the different trim frequencies, planting densities and processing temperatures using the favourable environment hypothesis and the spatial heterogeneity hypothesis. It is concluded the effects of various processing factors on the competition and survivability between native Festuca ovina L. and introduced Festuca species were obvious. Results showed that native wild fescue had good cold resistance and could be considered as Hohhot turfgrass. However, its trimming resistance was poor, so attention should be paid to the improvement of these aspects.
