施用有机无机复混肥对盐碱地紫花苜蓿生产性能、营养品质和土壤养分含量的影响

Effects of Applying Organic-Inorganic Compound Fertilizer on Production Performance, Nutritional Quality and Soil Nutrient Content of Alfalfa in Saline-Alkali Soil

摘要: 本研究采用田间试验法,在山东省、天津市、河北省和黑龙江省等6个紫花苜蓿主产区的盐碱地上进行了紫花苜蓿肥料施用试验,处理组(T)施用有机无机复混肥300 kg·hm-2,对照组(CK)施用磷酸二铵225 kg·hm-2,分析土壤养分含量、第一茬干草产量以及牧草营养品质方面的差异。结果表明,T处理的第一茬干草产量显著高于CK;各地区试验中T处理植株的粗蛋白(crude protein,CP)含量都显著高于CK,而酸性洗涤纤维(acid detergent fiber,ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(neutral detergent fiber,NDF)含量显著低于CK;整体上T处理的土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质含量都高于CK。通过多点肥效试验说明,有机无机复混肥能够提高土壤养分含量,增加土壤有机质含量,可以在化肥施用量减少的情况下,通过改善土壤理化性质,提高肥料利用效率,实现了苜蓿干草产量、生产性能和营养品质的显著提升。

Abstract: Alfalfa fertilizer application test was conducted using field trials on the saline-alkali land of six main producing areas of Shandong Province,Tianjin,Hebei Province and Heilongjiang Province. Treatment group (T) applied organic-inorganic compound fertilizer,300 kg·hm-2,and the control group applied diamine phosphate(DAP),225 kg·hm-2. The differences of soil nutrient content,first-cut hay yield and forage nutrient quality were analyzed. The results showed that the alfalfa hay yield from the first cut under treatment T was significantly higher than that under CK. The Crude Protein (CP) content of plants under treatment T in each region was significantly higher than that under CK,while Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) and Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) were significantly lower than CK. In general,the contents of soil hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in treatment T were higher than that in CK. The multi-point fertilizer effect test showed that organic-inorganic compound fertilizer increased the content of soil nutrient and organic matter. In the case of a reduction in the amount of chemical fertilizer applied,it improved the efficiency of fertilizer utilization by improving the physical and chemical properties of soil to increase hay yield,production performance and nutritional quality of alfalfa.
