大狼毒不同部位浸提液对多年生黑麦草幼苗生长的化感效应及生理机制

摘要: 为探讨有毒植物大狼毒(Euphorbia jolkinii)对优良牧草种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应,并从生理学层面揭示其作用机制,本试验以优良牧草多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)为受体材料,采用培养皿滤纸法和穴盘培养法,开展大狼毒浸提液对多年生黑麦草种子萌发、幼苗生长、生理及内源激素含量影响的研究,结果表明:大狼毒根、茎叶浸提液对多年生黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长均产生明显的化感抑制作用(P<0.05),抑制效果存在部位差异和“浓度效应”,具体表现为根浸提液抑制强度大于茎叶浸提液,高浓度浸提液抑制强度大于低浓度浸提液。在大狼毒根、茎叶浸提液的化感作用下,多年生黑麦草幼苗MDA含量升高,抗氧化酶SOD和CAT活性增强,内源激素ABA含量升高,GA,IAA,ZT,JA,SA含量下降,多年生黑麦草幼苗的生长受到显著抑制(P<0.05)。

Abstract: In order to investigate the allelopathy and physiological characteristics of high quality forage induced by toxic plant Euphorbia jolkinii,we used high quality forage perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) as acceptor material and cultured with petri dish filter paper method and hole plate method to study the effects of the extract of E. jolkinii on the seed germination,seedling growth,physiological and endogenous hormone contents of perennial ryegrass. The results showed that the extract of E. jolkinii root,stem and leaf had significant allelopathic inhibition on seed germination and seedling growth of perennial ryegrass (P<0.05),and there were site differences and “concentration effect” on the inhibitory effect. The inhibitory strength of root extract was greater than that of stem and leaf extract,and The high concentration extract was greater than the low concentration extract. Under the allelopathy of the extracts from the root,stem and leaf of E. jolkinii,the content of MDA increased,the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD and CAT increased,the content of endogenous hormone ABA increased,the contents of GA,IAA,ZT,JA and SA decreased,and the growth of perennial ryegrass seedlings was significantly inhibited (P<0.05).
