解磷菌对紫花苜蓿光合特性、抗氧化活性及产量的影响

Effects of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria on Photosynthetic Characteristics, Antioxidant Activity, and Yield of Alfalfa

摘要: 为探究接种解磷菌对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)光合特性、抗氧化活性及产量的影响,本研究采用单因素随机区组设计进行盆栽试验,设置6个处理[包括不接种(CK),单接种菌株Y015(Y015),Y316(Y316),W003(W003),W006(W006),Y014(Y014)]。结果表明:与CK相比,接种解磷菌显著提高了叶片磷含量(P<0.05)。同时,接种解磷菌使紫花苜净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、光能利用效率和瞬时水分利用效率分别提高了11.01%,32.70%,25.97%,7.85%,10.54%及5.29%,气孔限制值降低了11.69%。接种解磷菌显著提高了叶片可溶性糖和非结构碳水化合物含量,同时增强了超氧化物歧化酶活性和还原性谷胱甘肽含量(P<0.05),并使产量提高了15.95%。不同处理的综合得分依次为:Y316>W003>Y015>W006>Y014>CK。因此,解磷菌可以通过提高紫花苜蓿的光合性能及抗氧化活性,提高紫花苜蓿产量,实现农业可持续发展。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) on alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), a pot experiment was conducted using a single-factor randomized block design with six treatments: non-inoculated control (CK), and single inoculations with strains Y015, Y316, W003, W006, and Y014. The results showed that PSB inoculation significantly increased leaf phosphorus (P) content compared to CK (P<0.05). Additionally, PSB enhanced net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), light-use efficiency (LUE), and instantaneous water-use efficiency (WUE) by 11.01%, 32.70%, 25.97%, 7.85%, 10.54%, and 5.29%, respectively, while reducing stomatal limitation (Ls) by 11.69%. PSB inoculation also significantly elevated soluble sugar (SS), non-structural carbohydrate (NSC) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and reduced glutathione (GSH) levels (P<0.05), and increased yield by 15.95%. The comprehensive evaluation ranked as: Y316 > W003 > Y015 > W006 > Y014 > CK. These findings indicate that PSB improves alfalfa yield by enhancing photosynthetic performance and antioxidant activity, offering a sustainable approach for agricultural production.
