不同放牧管理措施对高寒草地土壤和微生物量及其化学计量特征的影响

摘要: 高寒草地合理放牧方式的研究旨在通过优化放牧管理,平衡草地生态功能与可持续利用,促进草地恢复、物种保护和生态服务的有效保障。本研究通过设置不同放牧管理措施(全年放牧、全年休牧、返青期休牧、结实期休牧和冬季休牧)探究了高寒草地土壤及微生物量碳氮磷对不同放牧方式的响应特征。结果表明,不同放牧管理措施对土壤总碳、总氮和总磷含量的影响不显著,但微生物生物量碳、氮在不同放牧管理措施下表现出显著变化,相较于全年放牧,返青期休牧的土壤微生物碳含量显著提高了20%。土壤和微生物生物量的碳氮比、碳磷比也呈现出不同的变化趋势。因此,返青期休牧显著提高了高寒草地土壤微生物碳含量,促进了土壤碳积累,成为一种有效的放牧管理措施。

Abstract: In this study, we investigated sustainable grazing practices in alpine grasslands, aiming to optimize grazing management, balance ecological functions with sustainable use, and promote grassland restoration, species conservation, and ecological service enhancement. By implementing different grazing management measures (Grazing all year round, closed for grazing throughout the year, retirement during the rejuvenation, rest during the fruiting period and closed grazing in winter), the responses of soil and microbial biomass carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P) to these practices were investigated. The results indicated that grazing management practices had no significant effects on soil total C, total N, or total P content. However, microbial biomass C and N varied significantly under different grazing measures. Compared to year-round grazing, soil microbial biomass C under retirement during the rejuvenation increased significantly by 20%. Additionally, the C:N and C:P ratios of soil and microbial biomass showed distinct trends across grazing practices. In conclusion, retirement during the rejuvenation significantly enhanced microbial biomass C in alpine grasslands, promoted soil carbon accumulation and represented an effective grazing management strategy.
