肃南6种草地蝗虫雄性外生殖器比较

Comparison of Male Genitalia Among Six Common Species of Grasshoppers from Sunan Area Grassland

摘要: 为准确鉴定肃南县常见草地蝗虫,本文利用传统解剖方法获取了6种雄性外生殖器,对其形态特征进行测定,并选择7项指标对雄性外生殖器阳具基背片展开主成分分析。结果显示:蝗虫雄性外生殖器区别在于阳具基背片整体形状、桥凹陷程度、冠突形状等;7项指标主成分分析,特征值大于1.00的有2个成分因子,即第一主成分包括两锚状突间距(L1)、后突外侧间距(L7)、锚状突高(L5)、锚状突外侧间距(L3)、锚状突内测间距(L2)、冠突内侧间距(L6),第二主成分为桥宽(L4),总贡献率达92.082%。综上所述,蝗虫雄性外生殖器变化明显的部位(桥宽、锚状突、后突、冠突)可作为研究蝗虫亲缘关系和分类的依据。

Abstract: To identify locusts from Sunan County grassland accurately,male external genitalia of six species of grasshoppers were obtained by traditional anatomical methods,and their morphological characters were measured.Seven indicators were selected to perform principal component analysis on male external genitalia.The main results were as following:the differences among the male genitalia of the locust lies on the overall shape of the phallic base,bridge depression degree,and coronoid shape,etc.From principal component analysis among the 7 indicators,there were 2 component factors had characteristic value greater than 1.00,those were,the first principal component includes the distance between two anchor processes (L1),the lateral distance of posterior processes (L7),the height of the morphological process (L5),the outer distance of the anchoring process (L3),the inner measuring distance of the anchoring process (L2),the inner distance of the coronal process (L6),while the second principal component was the bridge width (L4),and the total contribution rate is 92.082%.So,the following conclusion were drawn:the obvious changes in the external genitalia of locusts,including bridge width,anchoring process,posterior process,crown process,could be used as the main characters or indexes for the studying of genetic relationship and classification of locusts.
