不同来源老鸦谷种质牧草产量与品质性状的分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Forage Yield and Quality on Amaranthus cruentus Germplasm from Different Origins

摘要: 种质资源的评价是牧草遗传改良和优异性状利用的基础。牧草产量和品质是决定老鸦谷(Amaranthus cruentus)种质利用价值的重要指标。本研究以83份不同来源的老鸦谷种质为材料,对其牧草产量和品质进行了分析与评价。结果表明,83份老鸦谷种质的牧草产量及品质性状之间存在显著差异,单株鲜草产量在127.2~1 878.6 g之间,粗蛋白含量在9.09%~21.21%之间,粗脂肪含量在0.67%~3.72%之间,相对饲喂价值在96.58~224.40之间。聚类分析将83份种质聚为四类,分别为低产优质种质4份、中产高蛋白种质15份、高产品质较差种质15份、低产品质较差种质49份。主成分分析表明,牧草产量因子、品质因子和综合因子三个主成分累计贡献率为79.22%。隶属函数分析筛选出3份优质种质和22份良种种质。供试老鸦谷牧草产量与品质性状遗传变异丰富,本研究可为饲用老鸦谷的开发利用和育种改良奠定基础。

Abstract: The evaluation of germplasm resources is the basis for the forage genetic improvement and the utilization of excellent traits. Forage yield and quality are important indicators to determine the utilization value of Amaranthus cruentus germplasm. In this study,the yield and quality of forage of A. cruentus were analyzed and evaluated to 83 accessions of A. cruentus germplasm from different sources. The results showed that there were significant differences among the forage yield and quality traits of the 83 A. cruentus germplasms. The fresh yield per plant was between 127.2~1 878.6 g,and the crude protein content between 9.09%~21.21%,crude fat content between 0.67%~3.72%,and the relative feeding value was between 96.58 and 224.40. By cluster analysis,the 83 germplasms could be clustered into four categories,namely the low-yielding and high-quality category with 4 germplasms,the middle-yielding and high-protein category with 15 germplasms,the high-yielding and poor-quality category with 15 germplasms,and the low-yielding and poor-quality category with 49 germplasms. By principal component analysis,that the cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components of forage yield factor,quality factor and comprehensive factor showed a value of 79.22%. Three high-quality germplasms and 22 good-quality germplasms were screened out by membership function analysis. There were rich genetic variations in yield and quality traits of forage grasses among all tested germplasms of A. cruentus. Therefore,this study could lay a foundation for the development,utilization and breeding improvement of A. cruentus.
