空间诱变对‘德钦’紫花苜蓿农艺性状和营养品质的影响

The Impacts of Spatial Mutagenesis on Agronomic Traits and Nutrient Quality of ‘Deqin’ Alfalfa

摘要: 空间诱变育种是以高科技返回式卫星为背景的一种新型育种方法,本研究以载人飞船搭载的‘德钦’紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为处理组,以未搭载的‘德钦’紫花苜蓿为对照组,从农艺性状和营养品质等方面进行研究。结果表明:空间诱变后‘德钦’紫花苜蓿的叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶柄长、茎粗、分枝数、叶重、鲜草产量、干草产量、粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量和相对饲用价值显著增加(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维含量显著下降(P<0.05);各观测指标中鲜草产量的变异比例最大,粗蛋白的变异比例次之;空间诱变后‘德钦’紫花苜蓿在叶面积、叶柄长、茎粗、分枝数、产草量、叶重、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酸性洗涤纤维等性状上出现了显著变异。本研究表明,空间诱变可提高‘德钦’紫花苜蓿的产草量和品质。

Abstract: The breeding method of spatial mutagenesis is a novel approach that utilizes advanced satellite technology. In this study,'Deqin' alfalfa from manned spacecraft was served as the treatment group,while uncarried alfalfa from 'Deqin' was used as the control group,agronomic traits and nutrient quality were investigated. The results showed that the leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,petiole length,stem diameter,branch number,leaf weight,fresh grass yield,hay yield,crude protein content,ether extract content and relative feeding value of 'Deqin' alfalfa significantly increased after spatial mutagenesis (P<0.05). There was a notable decrease in acid detergent fiber content (P<0.05). The fresh grass yield exhibited the highest variation ratio,followed by crude protein. The leaf area,petiole length,stem diameter,branch number,grass yield,leaf weight,crude protein,ether extract and acid detergent fiber of 'Deqin' alfalfa exhibited significant changes after spatial mutagenesis. The study showed that spatial mutagenesis had the potential to enhance both the quantity and quality of 'Deqin' alfalfa.
