2种秸秆与全株构树混贮发酵品质及瘤胃体外产气特性

Fermentation Quality and In Vitro Rumen Gas Production of Corn Straw Wheat Straw Mixed with Whole Conformation Tree

摘要: 本研究旨在探索新疆地区主要作物秸秆与全株构树(Broussonetia papyrifera L.)的混合青贮发酵特性,为提高秸秆资源利用效率、改善构树发酵品质提供理论依据。试验共设7个处理,分别为CK组(100%全株构树青贮),C1组[90%全株构树+10%玉米(Zea mays L.)秸秆],C2组(70%全株构树+30%玉米秸秆),C3组(50%全株构树+50%玉米秸秆),W1组[90%全株构树+10%小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)秸秆],W2组(70%全株构树+30%小麦秸秆),W3组(50%全株构树+50%小麦秸秆)。测定自然发酵90天发酵前后各处理组的营养成分、发酵品质、微生物数量,并进行瘤胃体外产气试验。结果表明:与CK组相比,混合发酵中的粗蛋白含量、pH值、氨态氮含量和霉菌数量均显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量、乳酸含量均显著升高(P<0.05);混合青贮的有机物消化率、代谢能均显著低于CK组(P<0.05)。综上,全株构树与玉米、小麦秸秆混合青贮(1∶1)可显著改善青贮发酵品质。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the fermentation characteristics of dominant straw and whole-plant Broussonetia papyrifera in Xinjiang province,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the utilization efficiency of straw resources and the fermentation quality of B. papyrifera. A total of 7 treatments were set up in the experiment,and each treatment had 7 replicates,including CK group (whole-plant B. papyrifera silage),C1 group (90% whole-plant B. papyrifera and 10% corn straw),C2 group (70% whole-plant B. papyrifera and 30% corn straw),C3group (50% whole-plant B. papyrifera and 50% corn straw),W1 group (90% whole-plant B. papyrifera and 10% wheat straw),W2 group (70% whole-plant B. papyrifera and 30% wheat straw),W3 group (50% whole-plant B. papyrifera and 50% wheat straw). After 90 days of fermentation,the nutritive value,fermentation quality,microbial number and in vitro gas production of rumen were measured. The results showed as follows:1) compared with CK group,the dry matter loss rate,pH value,ammonia nitrogen content and mold number of mixed silage fermentation system decreased significantly (P<0.05) with the increase of the addition ratio of the two straws. The number of lactic acid bacteria and lactic acid content significantly increased ( P<0.05). 2) The organic matter digestibility and metabolic energy of mixed silage of whole plant Broussonetia papyrifera and straw were significantly lower than those of CK group (P<0.05).The mixed silage (1∶1) of whole-plant B. papyrifera with corn straw and wheat straw could significantly improve the fermentation quality of silage.
