菌酶复合对葡萄枝叶青贮品质和瘤胃体外产气特性的影响

Effects of Fungal-enzyme Compound on the Quality of Vine Leaf Silage and the In vitro gas Production Characteristics of Rumen

摘要: 本研究旨在探究联合添加植物乳杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum)与纤维素酶(cellulase)对葡萄(Vitis L.)枝叶青贮发酵品质的改善效果,为葡萄枝叶资源饲料化利用提供依据。试验设置3个处理,CK处理(不添加任何菌剂)、PL处理(添加植物乳杆菌5×105 cfu·g-1 FM)、PLC处理(添加植物乳杆菌5×105 cfu·g-1 FM和纤维素酶0.3%FM)。发酵60 d后开袋检测营养、发酵品质和主要微生物数量,进行体外发酵试验评定其产气特性。结果表明:(1)相比于CK处理,PLC处理中乳酸(Lactic acid,LA)、乙酸(Acetic acid,AA)含量和乳酸菌(Lactic acid bacteria,LAB)数量显著增加(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)含量和pH值、酵母菌(Yeast)和好氧细菌(Aerobic bacteria,AB)数量显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)在青贮第60 d时PLC处理的有机物降解率、产气量和产气速率最高。由此可见,联合添加植物乳杆菌与纤维素酶能够显著改善葡萄枝叶青贮发酵品质,减少营养物质损耗,提高饲喂价值。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined addition of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and cellulase on the fermentation quality of Vitis L. branch and leaf silage,to provide a basis for the feed utilization of grape branch and leaf resources. Three treatments were set up,CK treatment (without adding any fungicide),PL treatment (adding Lactobacillus plantarum 5×105 cfu·g-1 FM),and PLC treatment (adding Lactobacillus plantarum 5×105 cfu·g-1 FM and cellulase 0.3%FM). After 60 days of fermentation,the nutrients,fermentation quality and the number of main microorganisms were detected by opening the bag,and the gas production characteristics were evaluated by an In vitro fermentation test. The results showed that:1) Compared to the CK treatment,the contents of lactic acid,acetic acid and the number of lactic acid bacteria in PLC treatment were significantly increased (P<0.05),and the content and pH value of acid detergent fiber,yeast and aerobic bacteria were significantly decreased (P<0.05). 2) At the 60th day of silage,the degradation rate of organic matter,gas production and gas production rate of PLC treatment were the highest. It can be seen that the combined addition of Lactobacillus plantarum and cellulase can significantly improve the fermentation quality of grape branch and leaf silage,reduce nutrient loss,and improve feeding value.
