Investigation and Analysis of the Effects of Regional and Planting Patterns on Economic Benefit of Leymus chinensis

摘要: 羊草[Leymus chinensis(Trin.) Tzvel.]既是具有多重生态功能的生态草,又是营养丰富的饲用草,曾是我国的主要饲草且出口创汇,目前是我国继苜蓿和饲用燕麦之后将要主推的第三大牧草。因其较强的耐旱性和耐寒性而广泛分布于欧亚大陆东部的草甸草原和典型草原。通过对不同地区羊草种植过程中成本效益的调研结果进行对比效益和数据包络分析,理清各地区影响羊草种植效益的因素,为羊草大规模种植和产业化发展提供合理的建议和可借鉴的经验。经实地调研,发现企业种植有育成和野生两类羊草种子。效益对比分析发现:多数地区育成种羊草的产量和收益优于野生种;灌溉条件下产量高于旱作条件;育成种羊草灌溉条件下的收益不一定高于旱作条件,野生种羊草灌溉条件的收益均低于旱作条件。经数据包络分析发现:赤峰育成种旱作、野生草种灌溉与旱作,白城野生种旱作,均存在人工成本、投入品与服务费过高、亩均产草量较低等问题,技术效率不高,产业结构不太合理,需要优化技术,加以调整。

Abstract: Leymus chinensis(Trin.) Tzvel.is not only an ecological grass with multiple ecological functions, but also a nutritious forage grass, which is used to be the main forage grass in China and exported for foreign exchange. Now, it is the third major forage grass to be promoted after alfalfa and forage oats in China. Because of its strong drought tolerance and cold tolerance, it is widely distributed in the meadow grassland and typical grassland in the eastern part of Eurasia. Through the comparative benefit and data envelopment analysis of the research results of the cost benefit of L. chinensis planting in different regions, the factors affecting the effectiveness of L. chinensis planting in various regions were sorted out, and reasonable suggestions and experience for the large-scale planting and industrialization of L. chinensis were provided for the large-scale planting and industrial development of Chinese L. chinensis. Through field investigation, it was found that the enterprise planted two types of L. chinensis seeds: bred and wild. Comparative analysis of benefits found that: in most areas, the yield and benefits of bred species of L. chinensis were better than those of wild seed. The yield under irrigated conditions was higher than that under dry conditions. The benefits of bred species of L. chinensis under irrigated conditions were not necessarily higher than those under dry conditions, and the benefits of wild species of L. chinensis under irrigated conditions were all lower than those under dry conditions. Through data envelopment analysis it was found that the problems such as high labor cost, input and service fee, and low mu average grass yield, the technical efficiency is not high and the industrial structure is not very reasonable all existed in Chifeng bred species dry-farming, wild grass species irrigated and dry-farming, and Baicheng wild species dry-farming, which needs to be adjusted and optimized.
