多年生黑麦草对锌和2-巯基苯并噻唑复合胁迫的响应

The Responses of Different Lolium perenne L. Cultivars under Zn and 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole Stress

摘要: 为探究不同品种的多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)在锌(Zn)和2-巯基苯并噻唑(2-Mercaptobenzothiazole,MBT)复合胁迫下的响应及耐受性差异。本研究以20份多年生黑麦草种质资源为研究对象,采用水培试验,分析Zn+MBT复合胁迫对多年生黑麦草的生物量、光合色素、渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶活性的影响,并采用综合响应指数进行评价。结果表明,与对照组(CK)相比,Zn+MBT复合胁迫对黑麦草抗氧化系统和光合色素等指标产生显著影响,变异范围为19.70%~38.07%。不同品种多年生黑麦草的干重、叶绿素a和根系活力均有不同程度降低,与CK相比分别降低24.24%,19.51%和21.17%。丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和脯氨酸含量总体显著升高,较CK分别升高32.12%和22.99%。不同品种黑麦草的可溶性蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性较CK分别升高21.11%和0.39%。黑麦草通过调整生理指标和抗氧化酶系统来应对Zn+MBT复合胁迫,且不同品种的黑麦草响应的程度也不同。利用综合响应指数对20份品种的耐受性进行综合评价,结果显示品种‘唐吉坷德’对Zn+MBT复合胁迫表现出高耐受性,而‘金牌’表现最为敏感。本研究结果可为利用黑麦草修复Zn+MBT污染提供材料。

Abstract: In order to explore the response and tolerance differences of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) under the combined stress of zinc (Zn) and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT), 20 perennial ryegrass cultivars were used as the research objects in this study. The effects of Zn+MBT combined stress on biomass, photosynthetic pigments, osmotic adjustment substances and antioxidant enzyme activities of perennial ryegrass were analyzed in a hydroponic experiment, and the comprehensive response index was used for evaluation. The results showed that compared with the control (CK), the combined stress of Zn+ MBT had a significant effect on the antioxidant system and photosynthetic pigments, and the variation range was 19.70% -38.07%. The dry weight, chlorophyll a and root activity of different varieties of ryegrass decreased to varying degrees. Compared with CK, it decreased by 24.24%, 19.51% and 21.17%, respectively. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline increased significantly, which were 32.12% and 22.99% higher than CK, respectively. The soluble protein content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of different varieties of ryegrass were 21.11% and 0.39% higher than CK, respectively. Ryegrass responded to Zn+MBT compound stress by adjusting physiological indexes and antioxidant enzyme system, and the degree of response of different varieties of ryegrass was also different. The comprehensive response index was used to evaluate the tolerance of 20 varieties. The results showed that ‘Quijote’ showed high tolerance to Zn+MBT combined stress, while ‘Turfgold’ was the most sensitive one. The results of this study can provide information for the remediation of Zn+MBT pollution by ryegrass.
