氮水平和丛枝菌根真菌对无芒雀麦生长指标和种子产量的影响

Abstract: To investigate the effects of inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on growth indicator and seed yield of Bromus inermis, ‘Wusu No.1’Bromus inermis was used as the test material,four nitrogen application levels and four treatments of inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were set at the same nitrogen application level. The growth indicator such as inflorescence length,plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area,as well as seed yield and yield components of Bromus inermis were determined and systematically analyzed,respectively. The results showed that:inoculation with AMF significantly promoted the growth and increased the seed yield of Bromus inermis,and inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi at different nitrogen levels had a significant effect on the inflorescence length,stem diameter,leaf width,and leaf area of Bromus inermis (P<0.05). Compared to the control,the N2M treatment had the highest number of spikelets per inflorescence and the highest number of seeds per spikelet,which were increased by 36.98% and 42.85% respectively,and the N2TM treatment had the highest number of florets per spikelet,number of seeds per reproductive branch,thousand grain weight and seed yield were the most increased by 52.72%,67.78%,14.35% and 41.81%,respectively,with the highest seed yield of 435.55 kg·hm-2. The results of the evaluation based on the integrated analysis of the subordinate function showed that the N2TM treatment had the best effect on the increase in seed yield of Bromus inermis.

摘要: 为探究接种丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对无芒雀麦生长指标和种子产量的影响,以‘乌苏1号’无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis ‘Wusu No.1’)为试验材料,设4个施氮水平,在同一施氮水平下设置4个接种丛枝菌根真菌处理。分别对无芒雀麦的花序长、株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、叶面积等生长指标,以及种子产量和产量构成因子进行测定和系统分析。结果表明:接种AMF可显著促进无芒雀麦的生长和提高种子产量,不同氮水平下接种丛枝菌根真菌对无芒雀麦花序长、茎粗、叶宽、叶面积有显著影响(P<0.05);与对照相比,在160 kg·hm-2氮水平下的土壤灭菌后接种AMF处理的每花序小穗数和每小穗种子数最多,分别提高了36.98%和42.85%,在160 kg·hm-2氮水平下的土壤不灭菌接种AMF处理的每小穗小花数、每生殖枝种子数、千粒重和种子产量最多,分别提高了52.72%,67.78%,14.35%和41.81%,其中种子产量最高为435.55 kg·hm-2。基于隶属函数综合分析评价结果表明,N2TM处理对无芒雀麦种子的增产效果最佳。
